Which couriers do we use?

We ship worldwide from Bangkok, Thailand with UPS and DHL Express. You choose the courier at checkout, and the shipping cost is calculated there based on your address and parcel size.

How long does it take to process my order?

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

How long does it take to get my order?

International (UPS / DHL Express): 3-7 working days after dispatch.

Thailand: free shipping, or Grab delivery (฿150).

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Shipping fees are determined using the volumetric weight formula, which considers both the size and actual weight of your order. This ensures accurate pricing, especially for larger but lightweight items.

Taxes & Customs Fees

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in your purchase. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees required by their country. These charges are imposed by local customs authorities and must be paid by the receiver upon arrival.

Customs duties and taxes vary by country and are based on factors such as: the declared value of the package, the product category (e.g., sports equipment, apparel), and the import regulations of the destination country.

South America

According to customs regulations, clients need to send us their ID.

Items ordered in Thailand can only be delivered to persons 18 years or older, with an address in Thailand.
